Photoshoots at the Bedfordshire Metech Studio
Below are some examples of photoshoots by Cian Houchin at the Metech Multimedia Studio in Bedfordshire, UK. Also in the grounds and 'A' Stage of the Millennium Studios complex where we are based.
A variety of systems and set-ups are deployed for taking portrait and performance photographs, including soft boxes, fixed lighting, backdrops, locations and studios. We have three wireless triggered flash strobe units & umbrella shoot through's and reflective options and all manor of filters and colours available (and a smoke machine of course!).
A Canon professional camera and L series lenses including zoom's and prime's are used to capture pictures in high 16-bit RAW format, converted to lesser formats and sizes to suit web and print.
Photos are retouched where required, removing skin blemishes and any marks, giving them a tidy, professional finish. Images can also be enhanced and manipulated to create drama and impact. With over 20 years Photoshop experience, with our photoshoots pretty much anything can be achieved visually for our clients.
Studio sessions are charged at £40ph, + allow around 4-5m per chosen image for editing.
